8-9 girls, 12-13 boys, 12-13 girls -- Arrowhead Heights Golf Course, Camp Point, IL
10-11 boys -- River View Golf Club, Canton, MO
16-17 boys -- Spring Lake Country Club, Quincy, IL
18-19 boys, 18-19 girls -- Deer Run Golf Club, Hamilton, IL
